Glyn in the shaft
Located high on Bradwell Moor, a few hundred yards from Long Rake Mine, this dig is in a very promising location. The dig is in a shakehole in the bottom of a small dry valley. The entrance is covered by a manhole, and is a 20' deep shaft lined with drystone walling. From the bottom of this a short crawl leads to a climb down into a chamber, where the digging face has been causing excitement by swallowing great gobs of mud into an unknown orifice.
To save myself a lynching, I should mention that this is arguably a SUSS dig, although several TSG members have been active here at various times.

Miles hauling a bucket to the surface while Dan guides the rope.
